Online Shopping FAQ

Q. Do you accept online credit card payments?

A. Yes. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments online. For Visa customers, we also provide the Verified by Visa option with added security features.

Q. I just made my online bank payment. When can I expect my order?

A. Please note that banks take up to 1 business day to process a transaction. Therefore we will not recieve confirmation of your payment from the bank for up to 1 business day. Once we recieve this confirmation we will process your order. If the item is in stock it will ship that day. If it is not in stock, we will update you with an ETA as soon as possible.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with a UPS or Purolator tracking number and information on how to track your order online.

Q. I cannot make a payment through any of the banks you have listed. What are my options?

A. You may select our online credit card payment option.

Q. I would like to set up a business acount for my online transactions so that I may be PST exempt. How would I do this?

A. Once you have registered online, please download the PST Exemption Form, fill it out and fax it back to us at 905-946-9733. Once confirmed, we will set up your online account to reflect your business status.
