Arctic Cooling`s new Revision 3 Silencer line of superior cooling products for your high end video card has arrived! The Rev 3 NV Silencer 5 is specifically designed for GeForce 6800, 6800 GT, 6800 Ultra cards on both AGP and PCIe platforms.

Heat is quickly pulled from your GPU to its beefy copper base and dissipated from the attaching aluminum fins. Similar in design to the original Arctic Cooling VGA silencer, the Rev 3 NV5 Silencer also uses a thick-finned, horizontally-mounted fan to expel hot air straight out the back of your case via a custom-cut slot cover.

Each retail packaged unit includes an Arctic Cooling sticker and thermal compound.

Please note that if you have an Asus video card, you may have a card which sports a non-standard connector, and will not allow you to power the fan from the Silencer. We recommend a 3-pin header kit to convert the fan connector so your motherboard can monitor and/or control the fan directly. -- Warning modifications are done so at your own risk, we do not suggest you do this, however if any modifications are done to either the original NV Silencer power connector, or you graphics card, either one (or both) will void the respective manufacturers warranties.
