Online Direct Bank Payment

Canada Computers now offers its customers an easy way to shop online. Through Online Direct Bank Payment, customers can feel safe and secure when purchasing products from Canada Computers.

The following steps will help you get started by registering you with Canada Computers and setting you up for easy Online Direct Bank Payment for your purchases.

STEP 1: Registering an account with Canada Computers

In order to shop online at Canada Computers, you must first register an account. Signing up for a Canada Computers Online (CC-Online) account is very easy. Go to our create user account page and fill in the necessary information. Once you create the account, you will be sent a confirmation email, which will provide you with your unique CC-Online customer ID, your account information, and additional support information.

Now that you have a CC-Online account, you will need to register Canada Computers as a payee with your bank. If you are already familiar with online banking, or are already registered for online banking with your bank, you may skip ahead to STEP 3.

STEP 2: Registering for Online Banking

If you are new to online banking, the following easy-to-follow steps will help you get set up with your bank of choice.

Once you are ready to sign up, from the homepage, you can select the “register” link from under the “Online Banking” sign in button. You may also go directly to BMO’s Registering for Online Banking page.

To register, you will need your FirstBank Card and your account number(s) associated with your FirstBank Card.

Bank of Montreal offers you the choice to register online or by telephone. To register by phone, you may use one of the following numbers:

Once you are ready to register, you may proceed to the registration page. You will first have to obtain an Online Banking temporary password. To do this, you will need to contact CIBC’s Online Banking Customer Support at 1-888-872-2422. You may instead use your Telephone Banking password to gain access if you have one. Once you sign in, you will be registered for online banking with CIBC.

Once you are ready to register, you may proceed to RBC’s enrol for online banking page. Please note that once you register for online banking, you will have the ability to conduct a limited set of Online Banking transactions. RBC will provide you with an activation code in the mail which will allow you to have all the benefits of the Online Banking service. This is an RBC security feature.

Once you are ready to register, you may proceed to the Activate Your Scotia OnLine Access page. You will need to enter your ScotiaCard number to register.

TD Canada Trust

EasyWeb Internet Banking

To learn about TD Bank’s online banking service, you may view the information page for EasyWeb Internet Banking. From the right-hand side menu, you may select from additional resources, including a Personal Banking and Small Business Banking Tours.

Once you are ready to register for EasyWeb, you will need to call 1-800-640-2150 or visit your local TD Canada Trust branch.

STEP 3: Setting up Canada Computers as a “Payee”

Once you have registered, or if you already have access to online banking with your bank, sign-in and proceed to the payments feature of the service. Select the option to add a payee to your payee list.

From here, you can add Canada Computers as a payee. To do this, in the company name box, enter “Canada Computers” and press the search button. Select Canada Computers from the list.

When you are prompted for a customer number, enter your unique CC-Online Customer ID which was provided to you in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered with us online.

You are now finished with setting up online direct payment with Canada Computers and are ready to start shopping.

STEP 4: Selecting Your Products

Login to your account and browse through our website, adding to your shopping cart the products you wish to purchase. When you are ready to checkout and make your purchase, click on the “checkout” button at the top of the screen.

Here you will be presented with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the total price. You may make any necessary changes to your shopping cart at this time. Once you are ready to proceed, click “next”.

You may select your default address stored in our records for your account, or you may enter a new shipping address where you would like to have the order shipped to. Then click “next” again.

You will be given a final summary for your order and shipping address. Click on the “confirm” button to place your order. You will be sent an email receipt of your order (a paper receipt will accompany the order shipment).

STEP 5: Make Your Payment

Once you have signed in, proceed to the payments section. Select Canada Computers from your payee list, and make the direct payment for the amount shown on your invoice.

Canada Computers will process your order in 1-2 business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Shipping 1-6 business days.
