If only I wouldn't have to send it to Seagate's RMA 2 times in 6 months - 01/12/2016 17:56:40

Big Storage Capacity
Slow at many times
Worked for 1 year, noticed during the time that it was 2x slower than it was supposed to be
Hard Drive on task manager would be between 75% to 100%
Had to send it again 4 months after I got it again
I got this drive in the end of June 2014 on sale for $59. It work perfectly for an entire year. Exactly (or maybe 2 days +/-) 1 year later, it crashed. Was adding space from D drive to C drive (yes I did properly) then after, it wouldn't boot nor would it let me reinstall Windows. I knew that it would have to end up going in for RMA either way because it was 3x slower then it was supposed to be and it was usually at 98% on task manager. After I sent it though and got it back at the beginning of August 2015 (I didn't mind the hard drive, still would've gave it 5 stars), I reinstalled Windows and everything else I had. Near the end of November 2015, it died again. I was playing Counter Strike Global Offensive (as it is my gaming PC) and accidentally pressed ins.. The PC shut off. At first I thought that it was a mechanical failure in the computer, so decided to try and reboot. It would get stuck at the Windows boot up animation. I tried going into safe mode, but it would still get stuck. I tried booting off of my secondary hard drive (multiple times) and it wouldn't load either. Tried reinstalling Windows with a USB, but the USB would get frozen as well. I then unplugged the SATA cord from the hard drive then tried to boot up the secondary hard drive, it booted. So did the USB. Sent it in for RMA AGAIN. Now waiting for it.
Please save yourself from going through this and buy a WD Black or Red. Even the tinniest chance is a chance.
