The compact and portable Logitech Rechargeable Speaker S715i plays your iPod or iPhone out loud with surprising power. The S715i's sole purpose is to play your music. It's not an FM radio, alarm clock, CD player, or anything other than a speaker. Two 3" laser-tuned neodymium drivers take care of mid range sound, while two 1/2" neodymium tweeters produce high notes, and four 2" passive radiators pump out the bass. A rechargeable NiMH battery can power the S715i for up to 8 hours on a full charge. When it's time to recharge the speaker the included AC adapter does just that. An IR remote is included for controlling your docked iPod and iPhone, along with the basic functions of the speaker. Additional portable audio devices can be used with the dock via the 3.5mm auxiliary input connection. When it's time to travel with the speaker the included case protects and stores the unit.
