Canada Computers does not ship to P.O. Box or RR addresses. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, will be assessed an additional shipping charge - contact us for a shipping quote or place your order and we will get back to you.

The flat-rate shipping offer, detailed below, is intended for end users only. Any large quantity orders, such as by resellers or businesses, may be assessed additional shipping charges. Please contact our Corporate/Resellers Sales Department if you are a reseller, government or educational institution, or medium to large business, for pricing and service.

Canada Computers will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with UPS/Purolator, and will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs. Canada Computers will provide necessary assistance as required.

Shipping Costs

Canada Computers is currently offering flat-rate shipping across Canada for only $6.99 per order with no weight or minimum purchase limitations. However, the following exceptions do apply:

Some products may have promotional free shipping. The shipping cost will be free only if such an item is ordered by itself, otherwise, standard shipping costs will apply to your order.

Some products, based on the product category, carry an additional shipping charge. This includes, but is not limited to, Cases ($7.99 to $14.99), Monitors/TVs ($7.99 to $19.99), Printers ($7.99 to $14.99), Notebooks ($14.99 - includes full shipping insurance), Speakers ($8.99 to $11.99), and Computer Systems ($14.99).

When placing an order containing a product from one of the above listed categories, the shipping cost will default to the costs noted above. For each additional product from the above noted categories that is added, the shipping cost will also be added.

To see what your shipping cost will be, simply add the products to your cart, proceed to the checkout, select your payment method and go to the next step. The summary page will include your final shipping cost, after which you may place your order.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped by either UPS or Purolator. You may indicate your preference via email or phone. However, Canada Computers reserves the right to select the currier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the curriers.

All orders are ground-shipped using standard-shipping. Estimated times are 1-2 business days for Ontario, and 1-6 business days for other provinces.

You may request for expedited/express shipping at an additional cost to you by contacting us after placing your order. However, it is not guaranteed that the necessary change will be made to your order in time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, our customer support staff will send you a tracking number by email to your email address in your account file. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can then go to either www.ups.ca or www.purolator.ca to track your order. Please note that the tracking number is sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.
