How do I become a member of the YourReward™ program? You can join at any Canada Computers store or online at CanadaComputers.com . You must be a Canadian resident who has reached the age of majority in the province in which you reside to participate. Does it cost anything to become a member? No. There’s no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee. Just make one qualifying purchase per calendar year to keep your membership active. Who can join the YourReward™ program? YourReward™ program membership is available to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside. When does my membership expire? Your membership is valid as long as you make a qualifying purchase each calendar year. If you make no eligible purchases using YourReward™ program Membership number during a calendar year, your Membership will be marked inactive on the last day of that calendar year. How do I change my contact information? Sign in at CanadaComputers.com. Once there, you can update your address and other contact information. How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Member Services by e-mail yourreward@canadacomputers.com. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Will my membership information be shared with other companies? Canada Computers does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Can my family or friends use my membership so I’ll earn extra points on their purchases? No. Memberships are non-transferable and are only valid for use by the person whose name is given upon registration.
When can I begin to earn points? You can begin earning points once you have enrolled in the YourReward™ program. Where can I earn points? Points can be earned at Canada Computers stores or CanadaComputers.com. What if I forgot to provide my YourReward™ Member ID when I made a purchase? If you did not provide your Membership ID at the time of purchase, you have 30 days to add this points. Please email your request to yourreward@canadacomputers.com. What do I do if I think there is an error in my points? Contact us yourreward@canadacomputers.com if you require assistance. Do my points expire? If you make no eligible purchases using YourReward™ program Membership number during a calendar year, your Membership will be marked inactive on the last day of that calendar year and points will be forfeited. What happens to my points when I return an item? The points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. |
