As we continue to monitor the impacts of COVID-19, the health and well-being of our associates, customers, and communities remains our top priority.
We are committed to supporting Canadians as much as possible with their electronic needs during this challenging time. To ensure that our team and customers remain safe and protected, we have adapted several measures.

Preventive Measures for In-Store Shopping

Our stores are open for in-store shopping and we have implemented social distancing measures for customers. All our employees have been provided with Personal Protective Equipment and Health Canada authorized disinfectant to ensure that the stores are properly sanitized. Plexiglass shields were installed on cashier and service counters in most branches. Click here for store locations and hours.

Alternative Shopping Methods

Although our stores are open for in-store shopping, we’re still committed to provide alternative ways for you to get your tech needs. You may shop online and choose from Store Front Pickup or Home Delivery methods.

Adjusted Return and Exchange Policy

We’ve updated our Return & Exchange Policy, effective immediately.

Refunds and exchanges are valid within 15 days of purchase that are unopened; products with manufacturing defect may return for exchange only.

All returns are subject to inspection; original packaging and all of its content including accessories, manuals, and gifts with purchase. Incomplete or physical damaged returns are not accepted. No exceptions. Returns for refund will be processed back to original method of payment less cost of shipping and handling if applicable. Note select products may need manufacturer verification on defect before processing the return.

Returning an Online Order:

RA (return authorization) number is required, click here for online return request and return shipping instructions.

Returning an In-Store Purchase:

You may return products at the store. Check with store associate or click here to contact customer service online.
