Solid and very comfortable. Dual duty as an office chair and gaming chair. Great value. Also like the fact that i could try the chairs in store. Turns out I didn't have to spend more to get the right chair for me.

The foam was surprisingly comfortable, felt like quality, the casters and base unit were solid, smooth and made very little noise on hardwood floor. The chair was relatively heavy and built well.

The plastic arms, although they are decent, could have used a bit more heavy materials to make them feel premium. Bucket seat is way too small for larger users (200+ lbs) as the sitting area is very small (15") The bucket seat base has metal rods in them on the sides, so if you're a larger user, they will dig right into your thighs and cause discomfort. I do not recommend for 200lbs+

I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase of this product.

A young employee at Vaughan location was not knowledgeable of chair, said it was larger than one I demo'ed at the store that was open/on the floor - there was no return on the chair after assembly but could not test before hand, I lost $40 of my CanadaComputers rewards balance and had to sell it to recoup costs. I do not recommend buying any char without trying first, especially from Canada Computers.

Although the product would have been good for a smaller user, it's not designed for larger people (200+ lbs) as the bucket seat is way too tight. The actual seat portion is approx 15 " before the wings of the bucket seat head up, and under is not full foam, but a metal rod which digs right into your thighs. Stay away if you can.

Great chair for graphic design and game development.

The padding is firm and comfortable. The back supports are great when I want to give my back that extra stretch and the laying horizontal option is phenomenal when I want to lay back and turn my mind off.

Would have liked to be able to lock the chair tilt in an angled position. I realize that is a feature in the next model up.

I spend all day developing mobile games and I need a solid chair that can support my back. I'm glad I invested this chair.
