Pros: fast at stock speeds, supposedly has better average silicon than the regular K, worse than KS.
Cons: I could barely squeeze a 1% out of mine, and I've been overclocking since 2006. Could be bad lottery, but this thing *cranks* out heat, as all the 13th gen i9s do. Everyone pushing these above 6ghz is using liquid nitrogen. Using a 360mm water cooler, stock speeds or even under volted to 1.34v core, thermal throttling is engaged within less than 5 seconds of stress testing.
