Slow Too highly priced for performance

Summary:
Brought it home hoping for at least 400mb/s read and write but I only get 250mb/s. I'm using a Mac with a Sata 3 bus so that's not the issue. This drive is just SLOW. It's quick compared to a HDD, but I would recommend a OCZ Vector or Vertex 4 if you plan on buying soon.
