These are the official rules that govern the “Power Up with Kingston Giveaway.” By entering the giveaway, the Participant (the “Participant”) agrees to be bound by the following Giveaway Rules and any decision made by the Sponsor in relation to the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding on all Participants. 

3. Entry to this giveaway is open to Canadian residents. 

4. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, before the start date of the Giveaway. 

5. The Giveaway is not open to employees of Canada Computers & Electronics (“the Sponsor”) and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence for at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employees are not eligible. 

6. The Giveaway is not open to employees of AMD and Kingston and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence for at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. 

7. Participants are permitted to enter more than one entry. 

Giveaway Period 

8. The (“Giveaway Period”) is from August 19, 2022 (12:00:00 AM EST) until August 31, 2022 (11:59:59 PM EST). The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway Period, the Giveaway or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Giveaway Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
