Carefully follow the below instructions and take note of the reminders:

1. Contact Customer Service using the Invoice Inquiries topic and select the 'Game Codes, Mail-in Rebates & Coupons' subtopic to receive the applicable rebate form.
2. Download and print the rebate form.
   In the event you cannot locate the rebate form for your product, contact
3. Read the rebate form thoroughly and ensure that your purchase meets the eligibility requirements for the manufacturer's rebate.
4. Fill in all the required fields on the form.
5. In an envelope, enclose the rebate form with a photocopy of your Canada Computers & Electronics' sales receipt along with any required proof of purchase. Mail it to the address indicated on the form.
6. All manufacturers' mail-in-rebates have a postmark date deadline, so please make sure to send your rebate in on time.

Do not send your original sales receipt for the rebate(s) , you may need the original, in case of any return or future warranty service.
