1. Eligibility

The "Precision Showdown: Canada's Finest Edition" (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Canada Computers Inc. ("Sponsor"), ASUS Computer International ("ASUS"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period & Locations

The Contest takes place exclusively on August 29, 2026, during designated tournament operating hours at the following ten (10) participating Canada Computers retail locations (each a "Participating Location"):

• Canada Computers Burnaby (BC)
• Canada Computers Vaughan (ON)
• Canada Computers Halifax (NS)
• Canada Computers Nepean (ON)
• Canada Computers North York Centerpoint Mall (ON)
• Canada Computers St. Catharines (ON)
• Canada Computers Calgary (AB)
• Canada Computers Markham (ON)
• Canada Computers Edmonton South Park (AB)

3. How to Register & Participate

1. Registration Requirement: Advance or on-site registration is strictly required to participate. Registration is subject to availability and time-slot capacity at each Participating Location. Valid government-issued photo identification verifying age and identity must be presented at checkout or station check-in.
2. Gameplay & Scoring: Each participant will complete one official tournament attempt consisting of exactly two (2) rounds of thirty (30) seconds each on the designated aim trainer software provided at the station. The software settings, peripheral hardware, and configuration will be standardized across all Participating Locations and cannot be modified by participants.
3. Submission of Scores: A designated Canada Computers store official must witness and record the final verified score immediately upon completion of the attempt. Only scores logged and verified by store staff will be eligible for entry into the national leaderboard. Limit of one (1) official tournament entry per person.

4. Winner Determination & Leaderboard

A single centralized national leaderboard will compile scores across all ten (10) Participating Locations. The one (1) eligible participant who achieves the highest aggregate or singular peak score (as defined by the standardized software rules implemented across all stations) throughout all locations combined will be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner. In the event of an exact tie, a sudden-death tie-breaker mechanism or a secondary metric (such as precision/accuracy percentage) determined by the Sponsor will be applied to establish the winner.

5. Prize Description

There is exactly one (1) Grand Prize available to be won nationally, consisting of an ASUS ROG 20th Anniversary Bundle (approximate retail value to be determined based on market availability). The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming Procedure

1. Notification: The potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided during registration within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the event (on or before September 12, 2026).
2. Claiming the Prize:The winner must reply to the notification email within five (5) business days and successfully clear a mathematical skill-testing question if legally required. The winner is required to physically visit the exact Participating Location where they played their rounds to pick up the prize.
3. Verification:Upon prize pickup, the winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the registration details. Failure to respond, failure to clear the verification steps, or failure to pick up the prize within a designated reasonable window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Photo, Video, and Media Consent

By participating in the Contest, each participant grants Canada Computers Inc., ASUS, and their respective authorized representatives the absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, audio-record, or otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice, name, and biographical information during the event. This media may be published, broadcast, streamed, or displayed in any format, including but not limited to social media networks, websites, promotional prints, and digital marketing materials, without restriction, compensation, or prior notice. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or promotional copies.

8. Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering this Contest, all participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Canada Computers Inc., ASUS, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

a) Participation in the Contest, registration, or gameplay attempts;
b) Any technical failures, hardware glitches, software bugs, server delays, network interruptions, or power outages affecting the aim trainer application, leaderboard accuracy, or registration platforms;
c) The acceptance, possession, transport, delivery, setup, use, misuse, or manufacturing defects of the ASUS ROG 20th Anniversary Bundle prize;
d) Any personal injury, property damage, or psychological stress incurred during the event.

9. Disqualification & General Terms

Anti-Cheating Policy: Any participant found to be tampering with, manipulating, or abusing the aim trainer software, script scripts, peripheral settings, scoring logs, registration data, or otherwise violating the spirit of fair play will be immediately disqualified at the sole discretion of store management..

Sponsor Prerogative: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest or individual site configurations should any virus, technical bugs, unauthorized human intervention, force majeure, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest..

Privacy Notice: Personal information collected during registration will be utilized strictly for the purposes of tournament organization, score tracking, and winner verification/notification in accordance with Canada Computers' Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated exclusively within the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
