I bought an Acer N50 and suggested keyboard. This redragon. The computer I’m total happy with but this keyboard is terrible. The software download does not load. I’ve look to online sources because redragon ignores you. No response as others have also experienced. Guess I’ll toss in the the garbage because it’s not worth the cost to go back to Canada computers to return it. Beware. It’s junk.

The staff at the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a keyboard and a mouse for my 10-year-old son, and they work great. He likes the feeling of the keys and the smoothness of the mouse. Moreover, the price was reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
