The Shure A89LW-SFT Softie Windshield is a joint effort between Shure and Rycote. The windshield is made to slip onto the VP89 large shotgun microphone and provide up to -25dB of wind noise attenuation. The softie is made of an open-cell foam and artificial fur outer layer.
