  1. Which devices are compatible with Creative Stage SE mini?
    Creative Stage SE mini can be connected via USB audio input or devices with Bluetooth audio (A2DP).
  2. How is the Creative Stage SE mini being powered?
    The Creative Stage SE mini uses a USB Type C connection. The actual power output of the soundbar depends on the power output capacity of the power source from PC, laptop, or power adapter up to a maximum of 12Wrms.
  3. Creative Stage SE mini volume is too low?

    If Creative Stage SE mini volume remains low when both device and speakers are at maximum volume while connected to a laptop's USB port, this may be caused by Creative Stage SE mini being underpowered and is commonly found in older laptop versions or when connected to a USB-A port. To overcome this issue, try connecting the speakers to the laptop via the bundled USB-C cable to achieve optimum volume level.

    If Creative Stage SE mini volume remains low when connected to your mobile via Bluetooth, check the setting on your PC or laptop, and increase the volume from your PC or laptop. If the Creative Stage SE mini is connected to a laptop, please ensure that the laptop is connected to the mains using its bundled power adapter, as some laptops provide less than 5W (5V 1A) power to its USB-C ports when operating on battery mode. For further information on the power output of the USB-C ports, please consult the laptop manufacturer. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

  4. Why is there no audio when Creative Stage SE mini is connected to the USB Hub?

    We recommend directly connecting the Creative Stage SE mini to a USB-C port on your PC or laptop to ensure it receives sufficient power.

    USB Hubs often provide a maximum of 5V 500mA to each USB port even though it may be powered by an external power source, which might not be adequate to power the Creative Stage SE mini effectively.
