How to prepare for your on-site service:

- Ensure any required accessories such as cables and connectors are available (or they can be purchased at the spot)
- The premises in which the above services are provided must be considered a safe working environment, spacious and has electrical power.
*Wall mounts/stands are sold separately. If you have a wall mount/stand of your own, please make sure it is compatible with the TV you have purchased. If we are unable to use your wall mount/stand, you will need to purchase one and reschedule the set-up services.
