Bought this in April of 2020. It has worked great, and the software is amazing. This headset had probably fallen off my desk onto hard floor about 50 times with my toddler around over the last 3 years. Still worked great. Just gave it to my friend because i bought the Nova Pro Wireless after getting an Xbox and finding out this headset only works for Switch, PS and PC. (I have only ever used this headset on PC)
