I bought this chair in 2020. It broke under warranty, and I was luckily able to get a replacement.

Within the first year of owning the replacement chair, one of the armrests broke. Again, this was under warranty and the armrest itself was replaced.

Now, the same thing has happened to the other armrest, and the chair has become unbearably squeaky. Overall, 2 brand new chairs lasting me just over 3 years is not worth this price tag.

I had a great experience with the workers there. They were fast and accurate. The gentlemen who assisted was kind and showed a lot of willingness to help.

My overall experience was excellent, I’ll be sure to be visiting soon again to buy and get more items!

I 've had this chair for 16 months and the cushions are still firm, the leather hasn't started to crack or peel, and I do use this chair daily. So the complete lack of surface wear is impressive.

Unfortunately the frame broke and now the backrest can't stay upright or support any weight at all. Which means my expensive chair is now just a cushioned stool.

I can't recommend anyone spend $400 on a chair that wont last eighteen months. At this price point it's fair to expect a little better.

So far I like it, but its a bit firm and not snug.

Tho its well built with quality materials. I think it will be alright for me!
