This nvme to usb enclosure does everything you would expect it to. It's lightweight and well manufactured, only complaint is that it lacks a proper heat sink for your m.2 and creates a decently hot environment during large file transfers.

I am using this to clone my laptop drive to a new NVME. The device would fail in Windows based clone software and is currently on its 9th hour in Clonezilla copying at 11MB/s to a WD SN770 drive.

Decent speeds of 100-200MB/s write and 300MB/s read when using a 1TB Western Digital Black SN770. When compared to a Samsung 1TB SATA SSD with an external USB A connector, it runs close to the same speeds and much hotter. Way faster than a USB stick, smaller than a SATA SSD and hotter than both when transfering data.
