This simple switch worked perfectly for me. The salesperson was also very helpful. I was informed when I got to checkout that I'd picked up a similar switch for a few more dollars that has smart features to control bandwidth to different devices connected to it (TL-SG105E). The associate clearly explained the features to me and was able to save me money when I told him I just needed something simple. Great experience overall.

Very Quiet
Runs cool
1 GB ports
Easy to install
Fast and reliable performance
only problem I can find is that this switch has an automatic upload link detection which finds which Ethernet cable that's connected to it and tries to determine what cable is connected to your router. So Basically it takes a couple of seconds for your computer to connect to the internet (if its connected to the switch). I would have preferred a dedicated up link port so that computers can connect a bit faster to the internet.
This is a nice little switch. Its relatively cheap and you get very good performance out of it. I now only have one but I'm planning on buying two more for my network
