Picked this up after a power surge took out my pfsense.

It takes a long time to boot.

Vpn support is good with support for most ipsec configurations, and support for openvpn. The out of box firmware didn't have wireguard support, but it is supported with the November 2023 firmware update.

URL and DNS filtering is nearly useless, and you can't configure split dns or set static dns entries.

The usb port in usb modem mode does not work with android tethering.

It works! Very secure access and a lot of good configurations. Dual wan is a great add on. A must for any man office.

The PPPoE is not compatible to Bell DSL Cable modem. The "reset" process is: (1) Turn off (2) Hold the reset button (3) Turn on and still hold the reset button (4) Wait until the LAN solid (require one connection) then release reset button (5) Wait for 300 secs
(6) Turn off and wait for another 300 secs (7) Require connected device obtain IP address from this router for initial setup. Now, turn back on and it is back to factory original setting.
