For all who strive for maximum performance and especially with water-cooled systems, the Pure Base 500DX White with its extremely air-permeable front and top cover is the right choice. The dust filters on the front and bottom are easy to remove for cleaning.

THREE PREINSTALLED PURE WINGS 2

Whisper-quiet operation

Three preinstalled Pure Wings 2 fans with airflow-optimized fan blades that ensure perfect airflow and cooling. Despite the compact case design the fans at the front, top and rear are 140mm models, resulting in very quiet operation. Up to two 140mm fans can be installed in addition.

ARGB light at the front and inside the case

ARGB LEDs offer multiple colors and modes to individualize the look of the case from the inside as well as from the outside. You can optionally synchronize lighting with your motherboard or ARGB controller.

SMART I/O PORT

A USB 3.1 Type C Gen. 2 connector is provided on the front I/O port and allows usage of latest hardware. There is also a switch on the front panel to control the interior and exterior LEDs.

The Pure Base 500DX White provides generous dimensions to install high-end graphics cards and large coolers of up to 190mm in height. Fans or a radiator of up to 360mm can be installed easily at the front and the top area also provides space for more fans or a radiator of up to 240mm.

Pure Base 500DX White offers various options for installing up to five SSDs in total. Two can be installed for prominent viewing through the window panel. To hide any unwanted cables, the case offers excellent cable routing options.

FUNCTIONAL PSU SHROUD

Offering a neat interior

The PSU shroud perfectly covers the cables and PSU. It also contains a double HDD cage with decoupled mountings that reduce vibrations and help maximize the silence. The cage can also be repositioned to install a radiator of up to 360mm at the front. The power supply unit can be easily installed from behind, mounted on the PSU bracket provided.

TEMPERED GLASS WINDOW

A perfect view inside your PC

The high-quality, fully-windowed side panel offers a perfect view of the components inside your PC case. The window is made of tempered glass with white painted side bars.

So I am a huge fan of be quiet. I use them for all my cooling systems. So when I saw this case made by them and I was building a new pc I thought "oh I have to get this"
Great fans to keep the system cool.

Very good case with nice features

Very unique RGB lighting that also provides nice illumination of your internals. Fans are quiet and overall provide great cooling. I also added two more fans and did not notice an increase of noise. The White really makes it easy to see your attention to detail with cable management and helps to highlight your components.

To give this a 5 star, I would have liked to see white fans supplied with the case as they do offer them for individual purchase. I would also have liked to see the fans provided with 4 pins so that you can work with a PVM fan module so that you can control a full case of fans without having enough fan headers on your motherboard. To get the controlled fan cooling without having all fans on high with a fan controller, I purchased fan cable extenders so that all fans can be plugged into fan headers on the MB. Works great and all is super quiet this way. Lastly, I wish the front panel was a bit easier to come off as I feel that I may break off the clips holding it on over time. Be aware that there is no vertical mount option for your video card if you are interested in that.

A lot of thought went into this case by be quiet! and you can notice in areas of cable management, venting and cooling. There is plenty of space for installing an ATX MB or large graphics cards. The RGB is a very nice touch without going overboard and the white case is eye catching making it the center piece of your gaming desk. If you decide to get this case, I am sure you will not be disappointed.
