Best low cost Headset I have used.

Inexpensive, very well supported headset, plug and play in windows. Microphone has noise cancellation and foam to prevent picking up breathing noises. Sound is decent and the ear cups are comfortable for long hours of web meetings.

volume /Mute dongle on the cord often gets caught, which is annoying.

Best $35 headset I have used. I use it daily for web meetings over the last 4 years.

Muffled dull sound, far too much bass

Generous length of cord of decent thickness (strength). Over ear cup design good for noise isolation. Light with the weight evenly distributed.

Way too much "attempt" at bass. But all the sound from lows to highs is muffled. There's no life to it. I thought maybe I had some setting wrong but my two other even cheaper headsets and my desktop speakers all sounded better. These would be lacking for listening to music.

I needed an all in one USB solution to getting Skype going on my PC in a hurry, so they'll be fine for that I hope. Just don't count on these to give an accurate representation of what the other person's voice sounds like. And for music, CC has lots of better options available.

Decent sound.

Plastic squeaks a lot in the joints of the headphones, very annoying and ruins the listening experience. Volume control is pretty heavy and pulling on the wire pretty strong adding extra weight to the headphones.

Will not recommend.
